The following terms appy to all products
licensed for use from “Something For Everyone Web Designs":


When someone "purchases" a design from me, they are buying the right to use the graphic images and html coding and not aquiring ownership of the images and html coding themselves. The copyright is not being transferred to the licensee and “Something For Everyone Webdesign” continues to own the graphic images themselves, but through the licensing agreement grants you the right to use them in specific circumstances. It is a single user license, not a multi-user license.

Our website grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independend content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale.

To Own The Rights:
You will own full rights to any custom designs. All custom designs start at $600.00. Logos Start at $300.00. Prices are subject to Time and design.
